The 5 levels of sponsorship provide an outline as to how you can direct your giving dollars. Band fees range from the pricing noted in the Brass Section to that noted in the Drum Major section; depending on the size and experience of the band. Choose a level that is best for you. All parade sponsorships, donations and in-kind donations will be acknowledged on the MLDP website’s Thank You page. Banners will be created and held in the parade for all sponsors who choose to donate $500 or more.
Choose a level, download the sponsorship form below, and mail your check to the City of Marlborough, 140 Main St., Marlborough, MA 01752 Attn: MLDP 4th floor
Drum Major $3,000 — $10,000 and more – Sponsor for featured performing unit or float
Percussion Section $1,000 – $2,999 – Sponsor a large marching band
Brass Section $500 — $999 – Sponsor a small marching unit or float
Woodwind Section $100- $499- Co-Sponsor a unique or specialty parade unit
*Color Guard $25 – $99 – General Donation
If you are a for profit organization/business that wishes to participate in the parade, we ask that you consider making a donation in the Woodwind, Brass, Percussion or Drum Major sections. Those for profit organizations/businesses that wish to place a vehicle in the parade (no more than 2 vehicles) are asked to consider a donation of $250 or more.
